Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yuki Aim.

Returns

Yuki Aim currently does not offer returns or refunds on any items offered for sale in our stores unless there is a mistake with your order or the item is defective.

We may offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for products that are damaged or defective, subject to the warranty terms below.

Warranty

Yuki Aim will replace products that are defective due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms of this policy.

If a direct replacement is not available, Yuki Aim may, at its discretion, provide an exchange for a similar product or issue a refund.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or improper handling;
  • Improper storage;
  • Water or liquid damage;
  • Cosmetic damage;
  • Damage caused by modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair;
  • Damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to the manufacturing process.

Warranty Shipping

Free warranty shipping is available only for purchases shipped directly by Yuki Aim to the customer’s shipping address.

If the customer uses a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, reshipper, proxy shipping service, or similar third-party forwarding service, Yuki Aim may still provide warranty support for eligible defective products. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other related expenses associated with sending the product to Yuki Aim and receiving any replacement or exchanged product.

Yuki Aim is not responsible for damage, loss, delays, customs issues, or additional fees caused by or occurring after delivery to a freight forwarder, reshipper, or other third-party forwarding service.

For eligible warranty claims where Yuki Aim directly shipped the original order to the customer, Yuki Aim will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 2–5 business days after the warranty request has been approved.

Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges

Once we receive your defective item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item.

After inspection, we will notify you of the status of your warranty claim. If approved, Yuki Aim may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on your card issuer’s or payment provider’s policies.
