Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yuki Aim. This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Pre-Orders

Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified as pre-order items on our store.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, customs, freight, warehouse, carrier, or other delays outside of our control.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order items will generally ship within 2–7 business days after the products are received at our warehouse.

If there is a material change to the estimated shipping timeline, we may contact you by email using the email address provided at checkout.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or arranged.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders for in-stock products are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order is shipped, delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier and selected shipping method.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, product launches, limited drops, holidays, carrier delays, or other operational delays, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you by email or phone using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Yuki Aim ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where available.

Certain carriers, services, or products may not be available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or other restricted delivery locations.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Accurate Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address.

Yuki Aim is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs or duties, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs and any carrier fees, duties, taxes, or return charges.

Freight Forwarders, Reshippers, and Proxy Shipping Services

If you use a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, reshipper, proxy shipping service, mail forwarding service, or similar third-party service, delivery to that service will be deemed delivery to you.

Use of a forwarding service is at your own risk.

Yuki Aim is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, delay, customs issues, additional shipping charges, import duties, taxes, fees, or other issues that occur after delivery to a freight forwarder, reshipper, proxy shipping service, or similar third-party service.

Warranty support may still be provided for eligible defective products when a forwarding service is used, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, and related expenses associated with sending the product to Yuki Aim and receiving any replacement or exchanged product.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Yuki Aim is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, handling fees, or any other charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers, or government agencies.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws, customs rules, taxes, and duties before placing an order.

If a package is delayed, rejected, abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to customs issues, unpaid duties or taxes, import restrictions, or the customer’s failure to provide required information, Yuki Aim is not responsible for the resulting loss, delay, or additional costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Yuki Aim is not liable for products damaged, lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered during shipping after the package has been transferred to the carrier, except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our policies.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You should also contact us at support@yuki.gg so we can assist where possible.

Please save all packaging materials, shipping labels, photographs, and damaged goods before filing a claim or contacting support.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and local carrier offices.

Yuki Aim is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

International Shipping Policy

Yuki Aim currently ships internationally to select countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom, using available carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or other international shipping services.

Available countries, carriers, and shipping methods may change at any time and may vary based on product, destination, carrier availability, and checkout options.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, holidays, import restrictions, or other events outside of our control.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Yuki Aim is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges applied to international orders.

All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees may result in the package being delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed. In such cases, the customer may remain responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other related costs.
